you know what you need to do. that’s not the problem.
You’ve read the books, done the courses, followed the ‘right’ people. Built habits that lasted a week. Some of it helped, for a while. None of it stuck. And somewhere along the way the problem changed from ‘I need to figure this out’ to ‘why can’t I make myself do it?’
Every day you don’t move forward adds to the exhaustion. Another page in the story you’re telling yourself about who you are and what you’re capable of. You’re busy, but you’re not making progress on the thing that will make the change you need.
Not taking action has a cost. One that’s starting to feel too big to overcome. If you try and it still doesn’t work, it means something. So not starting stays the safer option. Except it isn’t, and you know that too.
You’re not rubbish. You’re stuck. There’s a difference. That’s where I come in.
a different approach.
You’re about to give up. Your plans, goals, dreams just aren’t happening. You can see the future. It’s bright and successful. But, you can’t get there. You spend more time questioning yourself than you do questioning your actions. Or lack of action. It needs to stop. You can’t do it anymore. You are exhausted.
But you don’t want to give up. When things don’t feel so hopeless you believe you can do it. Then the self-doubts creep in. You can’t think straight. You are so busy thinking about all the advice, tips and directions that people are giving you. People you’ve never met. People you don’t know. People with the ‘perfect’ life. They are laughing at you. It’s so simple, why can’t you do it?
You don’t need to give up. You need to stop spiralling.
Working with me, we get stuck into what’s really going on. I don’t give advice. I don’t force change. I’m not about shame. Together we challenge popular trends, ignore the chatter and get creative with your specific situation. If you’re not a morning person, we won’t build a morning routine.
The habits we build will be unique to you. That’s why they’ll work.
That’s what my 90-day Brick by Brick coaching programme is built on.
mind reader. habit hacker.
I’m Fiona and I can read your mind. Why? Because it was my mind. My spiral. My self-doubt.
I stopped and started running for 15 years. Now I’ve run every day for over five years.
I stopped my side hustles at ideas stage for eight years.
Then I trained as a coach, started again. Stalled. And finally found a way forward.
Now I coach full time, helping people like me who are still spiralling.

Fiona helped me untangle what was actually happening beneath that paralysis. We explored why I was stuck and what the real worst-case scenario was if I made a “best next decision” rather than waiting for certainty.
What I was feeling was real. I could trust it.
And instead of waiting for perfect clarity, I could make small, incremental decisions that moved me forward. That shift alone reduced the exhaustion.

You’ve been trying. For months. Maybe years. The problem isn’t that you’re not capable enough. The problem is you can’t see your own blind spots. External eyes see what you can’t. We start there. What have you tried, what hasn’t worked, what do you need to change.
That’s exactly the problem I help you solve. Your inability to get the basics in place isn’t because you’re not ready for help, it’s the reason you need it. I spent years going round in circles, stopping and starting. Then I found coaching and things started to move much more quickly. You don’t need to have everything in place before you start. That’s what we do together.
Most coaching assumes you just need more motivation. I believe that motivation is unreliable. I work with you to understand what’s getting in your way – the stories you tell yourself, the patterns you’ve fallen into – and build habits around the life you have to create the life you want.
There’s some great advice out there, but the reason it doesn’t work, or last, is that it’s generic. Get up at 5am but you work better at night, so you force yourself to get up at 5am and are too tired to do anything. The idea is sound; the execution doesn’t take account of you and how you feel and live. As your coach I work with you to build habits around you, personal and created by you.
